Finished ironing. Went over & set tables at church. Quarterly Conference at church in evening. About 40 there. Talked with Helen, Lula, Beulah, Margaret.

Lodge. Raining. Practiced degree work. Talked with Helen. Wrote Mom.

Went to the city. Merrill got rubber boots. Got pair of shoes & cloth for dress. Snowing. Talked with Aunt Maude.

Wrote Marg. Made dress. Got card from Juanita. They are taking Ancil to Ivah’s today. John Wallace was here with apples.Got 2 bushel.

Got paint. Cant get paper I sent for. Washed kitchen curtains. Started tearing paper off hall. Went to party at Leah’s for Doris & Glen Salisbury. Snowing. Talked with Helen, Leah, Aunt Maude.

Still snowing. Jim & I went to church. Orv’s birthday. Wrote Mrs. Zimmer. Talked with Helen.

Sent for wall paper for hall. Wards. Merrill went to Lodge in evening. Washed & ironed.

W.S.C.S. at Mrs. Ronas. Merrill took me over. Quite stormy. Merrill took me over to Lodge to practice in evening. Talked with Helen, Mrs. Hill, Aunt Maude & Uncle Ray, Pearl.

Talked with Leah & Helen. Sent card to Mom & Eleanor. Went to Grange in evening. Took birthday cake. I had terrible head ache.

Lodge practice. Not feeling very good. Was 11:30 when I got home from practice. Got hall wall paper.

Merrill got more coal. Got washing machine hose for Mom. Talked with Helen & Pearl. Feel punk. Was about 20° below zero last night

Not feeling good. Went up to see Dr. Roberts. Talked with Helen twice. Nice day but kind of cold. Got letter from Juanita.

Ken & Eleanor were here for dinner & supper. Uncle Ray, Aunt Maude, Jim, Lila, Bill, Cheryl, & Vickie were here in PM. Talked with Helen, Aunt Maude. Warmer today. Misting.

Still feel punk. Haven’t done anything much all day. Talked with Helen & Carrie Thompson. Wrote Uncle Berle & Aunt Myrtle.

Talked with Helen, Lula R, Aunt Maude. Lodge practice. I didn’t go. Went up to Dr. Roberts today. Jim stayed at Helens. Had blood count taken at hospital. Dr. couldn’t find anything wrong. Doris & Dean Webb & Uncle Ray were here.

Lodge initiation. Uncle Berle’s birthday. Wrote Mom. Went to Lodge in evening. Took in new members. About 90 there. Not feeling very good. Milk tester came.

Grange Chamber of Commerce supper. Colder. Tester left. Test is 3.46 this time. Talked with Helen.

Quite cold. Talked with Helen. Not very peppy. Uncle Ray was over & went to woods with Merrill.

Boys got a little puppy at Lylers. Month old. Edith called & said they’d be out tomorrow. Got letter from Mother. Talked with Leah, Aunt Maude & Edith.

Oren, Edith & Evelyn were here for dinner. Jim & I went home with them to Dad’s. Talked with Aunt Maude & Mrs. Hagan.

Merrill came out home after Jim & I. Merrill took Dad to Adams. Raining hard. Talked with Aunt Maude & Helen.

Raining & Thunder storm today. Water getting awfully high. Talked with Leah & Aunt Maude.

Grange. Aunt Maude called. We didn’t go to Grange. Started painting hall. Sent for wall paper.

Talked with Helen, Aunt Maude, Cora, Emma. Aunt Maude was over. Went over town. Loren took calf to sale for us. Tore paper off living room.

Merrill got birthday card from Mary S. Took Aunt Maude to Antwerp after gifts for Vi & Bill. Talked with Helen. Sent cards to Mom & Juanita. Pouring rain all day. Everything flooded.

Sent card to Marg (birthday card) & Juanita. Baked. Mrs. Hagan, Helen & boys were over in evening. Talked with Leah. Merrill got birthday cards.

Talked with Lois. I went to church. Drove out home in PM to see Mom & Dad’s new refrigerator. Rained hard & was foggy. I was sick in evening.

Merrill got card from Uncle Berle. Merrill’s birthday (39). Worked at living rooms. No school as water is in cellar at school. Easter vacation starts. Talked with Lois & Aunt Maude.

Nice day. Merrill got birthday cards from Leah & Claude & Mother & Dad Tryon. Carl is home. Painted first living room. Talked with Leah & Emma.

Sent cards to Eleanor, Ancil & Uncle Berle. Finished painting living room. Went to Lodge in evening. Leah called.

Eleanor’s birthday (20). Aunt Maude & I went to city. Stopped at Lila’s. Aunt Maude & I papered first living room. Uncle Ray & Aunt Maude were here in evening.

Vernon & I papered other living room. Talked with Aunt Maude & Helen. Juanita’s 19th birthday.

Boys got hair cuts at barber shop. Washed & fixed Jim’s suit. Went to party at Aunt Maude’s for Vi & Bill. 24 there. Talked with Aunt Maude, Helen, Carrie & Mrs. Kiechle.

Bill & Vi’s 12th anniversary. Boys & I went to Sunrise service. We went to church. Took boys out home. Stopped at Tryon’s. Carl is home. Lila, Jim & kids, Uncle Berle & Aunt Myrtle were there.

Painted living room floors. Helen Dickson was here for Red Cross. Mildred Brown was here to see about Stanley party. Having one April 20. Talked with Emma.

Went out home after boys. Vernon was making syrup so stayed out. Stopped at Tryon’s to see Carl before he leaves. Mother Tryon’s leg looks terrible. Talked with Aunt Maude.

Went to Harrisville for fence. Got 41 posts. Was up where Don & Dorland are. Talked with Leah, Lila, Helen & Aunt Maude. Went to show in evening. Stopped to see Uncle Len & Betty. They brought Uncle Ray’s hay.

Baked pies, doughnuts & cakes & bread. Talked with Helen. Carl went back to state of Washington.

Went out to Adams for dinner. Got Vernon from Uncle Berle’s. He made 4 gallon syrup. Talked with Mrs. Hagan & Aunt Maude.

Washed & ironed. Merrill went to Lodge. Talked with Helen, Lois, Addie

Finished ironing. Went to W.S.C.S. at Alice Flaherty’s. Talked with Vi. Wrote Juanita.
